REFINED SUGAR FREE CHIA JAM

Time: 10 minutes preparation + sets overnight

Cranberry Jam

Ingredients

250g berries of your choice

6 medjool dates, pitted 

4 tbsp chia seeds

Method

​​

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor.  It's a good idea to put the chia seeds in before blending, rather than after, so they are able to release their omega 3 oils when opened during processing.

​​

  • Mix until the dates have blended smoothly through the mixture.

​​

  • Place in glass jar and store in fridge sealed with an airtight lid overnight.

​​

  • The next morning, your chia jam will be ready to spread. 

​​

  • Store in the fridge for up to a week.

​

  • Makes roughly 1 cup of jam.
