BLISSED OUT BALLS

Ingredients

2/3 cup roasted almond butter (I make my own - see my recipe here)

1 tsp dried ashwagandha powder

 1/2 cup honey

2 tsp Maca root powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

2 heaped tsp of coconut flour

Ingredient options for rolling:

1 tsp white sesame seeds + 1 tsp black sesame seeds, toasted

Toasted coconut flakes / shredded coconut

Raw cacao

Chia seeds

Roasted peanuts

Method

​​

  • Put all ingredients, except ingredients of choice for rolling, in a high speed food processor

​

  • Blend until well combined and a smooth shiny dough consistency.
     

  • Using a teaspoon, scoop out teaspoon sized serves of the mixture and roll into balls.
     

  • Coat in your rolling ingredient/s of choice.
     

  • Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm to hold.

  • Serve straight from the fridge.
