DAIRY FREE MINT CHOC CHIP NICE CREAM

Who says you can't have dessert while living a healthy lifestyle?  ....Rubbish!

Ingredients

​

1/2 ripe avocado

4 sprigs of fresh mint leaves

10 cubes of frozen cashew or almond nut mylk (see my recipe for this here)

2 tsp rice malt syrup or maple syrup

The seeds from 1 vanilla pod

1 tsp super green powder (chlorella, spirulina, etc)

1 frozen banana, broken into bits

1 pinch of pink himalayan sea salt

2 tbs raw cacao nibs

Method

​​

  • Add all ingredients, except the cacao nibs, into a high speed blender or food processor.
     

  • Blend on high speed until all mixed thoroughly.
     

  • Stir through the cacao nibs using a spatula.
     

  • Serve immediately into bowls.
